Training Registration Process

Complete the ETI online registration form below with correct student, course and billing information. Registration forms that are incomplete will not be processed.

Methods of Payment:

Check (Company or Personal—Registrant can bring check to class and ETI will provide a receipt).

Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

If you do not receive immediate confirmation of your online registration after submitting this form or an email response from ETI shortly thereafter, contact the Training Registrar at +44 (0) 1753 853806, or email registration@eti.com

Once we have received your completed application and purchase order (if that is your chosen method of payment), ETI will process your registration and send you a confirmation letter that contains a confirmation number for each class. All students must provide this number to gain entrance to the classes. If you do not receive a confirmation letter before the class, please contact the Training Registrar.

Cancellation Policy We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your reservation. ETI requires cancellations at least five (5) business days prior to the first day of training. Cancellations received less than five business days prior to the first day of training shall be subject to a cancellation fee, payable upon receipt of invoice. Late cancellation fee is 50% of the listed price of the course. Written cancellations are required and will be confirmed in writing by ETI. Subject to availability, you may reschedule your training at the time of cancellation. If you are unable to reschedule at that time, you will be required to resubmit a registration form for any future training. ETI reserves the right cancel any class up to one week before the class start date. I have read, understood, and accept the terms and conditions of the Cancellation Policy.
