AnswerLine
is ETI's telephone-based technical support system,
providing toll-free
support from U.S. ETI Solution technical experts. Our AnswerLine
staff in the U.S., U.K. and Australia has quick access
to numerous test
systems as well as to ETI Solution developers and architects.
Standard operating hours for AnswerLine are Monday
through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST in the US, 9:00 a.m.to
5:30 p.m. in the United Kingdom and 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST in
Australia. After-hours support for urgent matters is available via
US pager (using the same number).
The experts
who staff ETI's AnswerLine mirror the profile of our Integration
Architects. We have formed a team of developers who have both a
broad and in-depth set of skills—all of whom constantly seek
to expand their product knowledge.
AnswerLine
is always seeking new ways to help ETI customers. For example, to
help AnswerLine diagnose your particular problem, ETI Solution's
Administration tool contains an option to gather diagnostic information
about your systems in a format that may be sent by e-mail to AnswerLine
for review. We will also request copies of our customers' environments
be transferred to ETI from time to time so that we may work with
an exact duplicate of the customer's ETI™ world.
