North American Inside Sales Representative
The Company is looking for an inside software sales representative based in the greater Austin, TX area to achieve quotas for both direct sales and sales through channel partners.
Duties include the following:
- Attain minimum quotas selling to the Mid-Market space
- Manage Mid-Market prospect list
- Expand pipeline
- Transactional sales and frontline sales responsibility for ETI Integration Center
- Mid-Market and Enterprise lead generation and sales support for go-to-market campaigns
- Research accounts and prepare presentations to prospects
- Coordinate internal company resources to close sales
- Accurately forecast quarterly and monthly revenue streams and provide quarterly results assessments
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports
- Constantly monitor sales strategies and revise as necessary according to shifting market conditions
- Advise management team on setting corporate pricing and terms policies
- Assist in negotiating final pricing, terms and conditions for sales when required
- Provide input into product development program, through feed-back from customers
- Handle follow up business development activities provided from Management as well as follow on service opportunities with existing customers
- Report to the VP of North American Sales
Mandatory Experience
- Closing Mid-Market deals with both C-level business executives and IT managers
- Experience selling CDI, EAI, EII, ESB or SOA products such as MetaMatrix, webMethods or TIBCO
- Understand how the Mid-Market funds and evaluates IT purchases
- Solution Sales background
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure/ Integration issues
- Understand complexity in Integration projects
- Software sale experience of five or more years

- Technical or Pre-Sales experience of two or more years
- Previous experience as a Project Manager on Data Integration projects a plus
- Solution-software sales of complex enterprise software and technology consulting
- SI and ISV business development
- Solution Sales background
- Knowledge of verticals
- Interaction with Contracts
- Understand how Global 2000 fund and evaluate IT purchases
- Understand the Proof Of Concept process and be able to aid the collection of requirements, define success criteria and monitor for success
