AnswerLink and AnswerLine services are available
24 hours a day, 7
days a week, all year round. Standard operating hours are Monday
through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM CST (European hours are 8:30AM
to
5:30PM GMT). After-hours support is available via pager (same phone
numbers) for emergency escalated call reports (please review Setting
Call Priority if you are unsure of the priority level of your
call).
